Get your first WordPress site connected to Siteligent and set up the essentials in just a few minutes. Follow these three steps to start monitoring your site, protecting your data, and receiving important alerts.
Step 1: Connect Your WordPress Site
Start by connecting your WordPress website to Siteligent. Install the Siteligent Connector plugin on your WordPress site, enter the unique connection token provided by Siteligent, and verify the connection.
Once connected, Siteligent can securely communicate with your website and provide access to the management, monitoring, backup, and maintenance features available for your site.
Step 2: Set Up Backups & Security
Once your site is connected, make sure your data is protected. Run your first security scan to check for potential issues, then configure automated backups so you always have a recent copy of your website available if something goes wrong.
You can store your backups in Siteligent Cloud or soon connect your own storage provider, including Amazon S3, Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive.
You can also choose your backup schedule and manage on-demand backups and restores directly from Siteligent.
Step 3: Set Up Notifications
Stay informed without having to constantly check your dashboard. Siteligent can notify you when important events happen on your website, including downtime, performance issues, backup events, and other alerts.
Connect the notification channels you already use, such as WhatsApp, Slack, or Telegram, and choose where you want to receive your alerts.
Once notifications are configured, Siteligent can keep you informed while you focus on running your websites.
